SHDUPA stands for Strength, Hypertrophy, Daily Undulating, Periodization, Adaptation. This 12 week program is designed to allow you to get stronger, build muscle and do it in a way that uses science and a systematic way of programming to get you to your goals. I used and tested this program all through 2015 and it allowed me to add over 50lbs to my squat, over 20lbs to my bench, and over 30lbs to my deadlift in about a year (remember I'm not a beginner, a beginner will likely add a lot more strength and muscle).
