What is Revive Your Lifts 90?

- This is a program I developed that is 90 days long that is designed to help you gain back everything you had lost and then some all in 90 days.

 

What is Included?

- In this E-Book is a nutrition Guide to help you get your diet back in check and to help you make the most out of your metabolism when returning to the gym. Also in this E-book is a 90 day training program.

 

What is the training program like?

- The training program is a 5 day a week program where each day you will have a main lift where the focus is strength then followed by bodybuilding accessory work.

 

How long are the workouts?

- The training sessions should last between 1 hour and 2 hours

 

Is this program for strength or muscle gain?

- BOTH! this program is designed to get your strength back but it also has a lot of accessory work!

 

Is this program for beginner, intermediate or advanced?

- EVERYONE! I designed this as a percentage based linear program so everyone can use this program!

 

I Lifted at home during quarantine, will this program still help me?

- Of Course it will! Home workouts are great but this is a structured 90 day program to get back anything you lost during quarantine.

 

I'm not educated in lifting at all can i still do this program?
